2 User Account

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Life Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false information, fraudulent activity, misuse, harassment or violation of these Terms is identified.

3 Profile Information

Users may provide information such as:

4 Matrimonial Services

Life Matrimony provides an online platform for matrimonial introductions and communication.

Life Matrimony does not guarantee:

• Marriage or engagement;
• Acceptance of a proposal;
• Response from another member;
• Compatibility between members;
• Accuracy of information provided by another member;
• Any specific matrimonial outcome.

5 User Conduct

Users shall NOT:

• Provide false or misleading information;
• Impersonate another person;
• Harass or threaten other members;
• Upload illegal, offensive, obscene or defamatory content;
• Request money from other members;
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities;
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without permission;
• Misuse another member's personal information;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

Any account found violating these requirements may be suspended or terminated.

6 Membership and Paid Services

• Certain features of Life Matrimony may require payment of a membership or subscription fee.
• The applicable price, duration and features will be displayed before payment.
• Membership benefits are available only for the purchased subscription period.

7 Payment

• Payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay.
• Life Matrimony does not request or collect your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV or banking password.
• Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment service provider.

8 Cancellation and Refund

All cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9 Intellectual Property

The Life Matrimony name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, content and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Life Matrimony.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10 Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11 Account Termination

Life Matrimony may suspend or terminate an account if:

• These Terms are violated;
• False information is provided;
• Fraudulent activity is suspected;
• The Platform is misused;

12 Limitation of Liability

Life Matrimony provides a platform for matrimonial introductions and does not control the conduct or representations of individual members.

Users are responsible for their interactions and decisions involving other members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Matrimony shall not be liable for losses arising from interactions between users or matrimonial decisions made by users.

13 Changes to Terms

Life Matrimony may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
